When should I be drinking electrolyte drinks?
For short, low-intensity exercise, water is likely to be enough. But, when your sweat losses are high, it’s important to replace the electrolytes lost in your sweat.
Will this product help with my muscle cramps?
A fluid/sodium imbalance can cause fluid shifts in the body that lead to cramps. If your cramps tend to happen after you’ve been sweating for a while, it’s worth testing whether taking in more sodium with your fluids helps.
Which supplement is right for me?
Our low-calorie tablets come in 4 strengths to match how you sweat. Lighter sweaters should try PH 500, moderate to heavy sweaters should test PH 1000 and very heavy/salty sweaters (and athletes looking to start hydrated) should try PH 1500.
